Resistance 3D Panelling™ is prefinished and available in different profiles and colours including a range of very realistic timber look veneers for a convincing natural look. To add to that, customising the colour of Resistance 3D Panelling™ is limitless. Our expert colour chemists can achieve almost any colour (please note extended lead times, extra costs and minimum quantities apply for custom colours – please consult with your sales rep).

Finally, using over 85% recycled materials in the construction of Resistance 3D Panelling™ makes it truly one of the most environmentally friendly decorative products on the market.

Resistance 3D Panelling™ Features

Resistance 3D Panelling™ Construction:

Resistance 3D Panelling™ is manufactured using the latest techniques and technologies to produce a high quality and cost-effective panelling system for many types of applications.’

The Core – is made with Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) which is a rigid cellular plastic with high insulation properties. Used in building products, it is 100% waterproof, recycled and has a low thermal conductivity which makes it a great insulator.

The Middle Layer – is made from High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) a lightweight high impact layer added to the 3D core to ensure it has a more robust finish with its impact resistance shell.

The Outer Shell – is made from Pearl Cotton Foil – (EPE) this is used for the final wrapping for further protection of the 3D Panelling and to give it a smooth feel to the touch. EPE has many benefits such as fade resistance, water resistance, strong impact resistance, shock proof, soundproof and heat insulating. All means your new feature wall will last and perform for many years.

Boards – 115mm x 12mm and available in 2.4m and 3.0m lengths.

Starter Trim – 37mm x 12mm in 3.0m lengths.

End Trim – 27mm x 12mm in 3.0m lengths.
